Jim Schottmuller is Enterprise Minnesota’s Director of Business Development, working with manufacturers across northeast Minnesota including Aitkin, Anoka, Chisago, Isanti, Mille Lacs, and Pine County, as well as Duluth and the Iron Range.
With a wealth of experience in new business development and management in manufacturing and real estate, Jim is well-suited to understand the needs of each individual business and can help connect them with the strategies they need to compete and grow profitably.
Prior to joining Enterprise Minnesota, Jim served in business development for Coonan in Circle Pines, MN, as a sales manager for Boberg in White Bear Lake, MN and as vice president and chief operating officer at the Alliance for a Healthier Minnesota. Jim previously served as relationship manager for Enterprise Minnesota where he established sponsorship relationships for the organization’s events, magazine, and the State of Manufacturing® survey project.
A resident of Forest Lake, Jim enjoys woodworking, fishing, golfing and tennis.
