The Weekly Report – August 2, 2021
ISO expert Keith Gadacz achieves Enterprise’s highest honor – and then some.
Manufacturers who want to enjoy the mojo of one of our hottest consultants talk about one of our most popular services will do well to reserve October 7th in their calendars, when Keith Gadacz will use one of our manufacturing workshops to discuss A Model for Manufacturing Excellence Using ISO 9001.
I mention it now because Keith recently received Enterprise Minnesota’s “Esteemed Colleague” award, an honor that goes to the employee who coworkers say best embodies the company’s cultural values and advances its mission to help Minnesota manufacturing enterprises grow profitably.
This award always reflects a point of prestige in our organization, but let’s just say Keith knocked it out of the park. He received more nominations and more positive comments than any previous winner. Here are some of the terms his colleagues used to describe him in his record number of nominations: “energizing and motivating,” “intelligent and truly passionate,” “capacity for all things ISO,” “curious,” “lifelong learner,” “data driven,” “meticulous,” “respectful,” “a dynamo,” “spectacular”—and never to be overlooked, “a nice person.”
Keith is a business growth consultant based in Brainerd who applies his extensive career-long experience of building and implementing ISO business management systems to help his clients achieve business success. Keith teaches that an effective business management system is the strongest foundation for growth for any manufacturer. His extensive experience in implementing and managing ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management systems makes Keith a valuable resource for Enterprise Minnesota clients.
Prior to joining Enterprise Minnesota, Gadacz served as quality manager and continuous improvement champion for Nortech Systems in Merrifield, MN and as quality manager for Minnesota Rubber & Plastics in Litchfield, MN. He received a BA in mathematics from the University of Minnesota-Morris.
As Bob Kill pointed out in a recent column for our magazine, most of Keith’s clients recognize the depths of his intellect and expertise within probably the first five minutes of listening to him. But what differentiates Keith in the marketplace, they say, is his willingness to put in countless hours to transform his knowledge into advice that maximizes outcomes for his clients.
Most manufacturers know that ISO has become a go-to process that provides a technical framework through which manufacturers can align their business strategy with day-to-day operations. You can hear more about it from Keith’s October presentation.
